Severin Campbell, Principal Analyst
Severin Campbell has extensive experience in performance and management auditing, budget, policy and legislative analysis. Among other projects, she has worked on management audits and analyses of public health, planning, public safety and criminal justice, and other public sector functions for the City and County of San Francisco and Pima County, Arizona. Prior to joining the Harvey M. Rose Associates, LLC, Ms. Campbell worked for the Service Employees International Union and as a registered nurse. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from San Francisco State University and a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of California at Berkeley.
