Ian Hart, Senior Analyst
Ian Hart’s experience includes conducting management audits, budget analyses, and legislative analyses in a broad array of policy areas including public health, public transit, social welfare programs and others. Prior to joining the firm, his experience includes several years focused on strategic communications, external affairs, and administration in the environmental non-profit sector. Mr. Hart earned a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of California at Berkeley, where he performed policy and program analyses with the Marin County Administrator’s Office and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Bay Area regional office. He holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Policy and Fine Art from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, and continues to maintain a painting studio outside the office.
