Emilyzen Ignacio, Senior Analyst

Emilyzen Ignacio has significant experience in policy analysis and program evaluation for public and nonprofit organizations. She has served in the Program Evaluation and Research Branch of the Los Angeles Unified School District, consulted with the International Labour Organization, a United Nations special agency, on the management of international labor migration and the provision of government services to migrant workers and conducted analysis of corporate cash philanthropy practices in the banking industry. Ms. Ignacio holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Asian American Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master's degree in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
